Try using other materials as characters and sets for your film. For example, a play house or a corner of your room as a backdrop. You can use other objects and toys as characters or elements. Use your imagination!

Challenge yourself and create different and longer and longer films. Over time, you’ll see that your films will get better and better. Practice makes perfect!

In the history of cinema, there have been lots of instruments of illusion: the Phenakistoscope, the Thaumatrope, the Folioscope, the Zootrope and the Flipbook. Find out more about them, you could even try to build some.
